No parts may be altered, modified or dismantled in anyway (except for routine service adjustment) without our written permission. This is to ensure that if necessary a claim can be made against the courier company.
Please note that any glass items are sent at buyers risk, we do our utmost to pack them safely but unfortunately no courier will insure them against breakage.
