It directly supports the following drivetrain configurations. Model Years: Fits early production models running from roughly 2011 to 2014. Engine Fitments: 2.0L TFSI Inline-4 (Petrol), 2.0L TDI Inline-4 (Diesel), 3.0L V6 TFSI (Petrol), 3.0L TDI V6 (Single Turbo Diesel), and 4.2L V8 FSI / TDI platforms.

Important Installation & Programming Note. Like all modern Audi electronic steering components, this module is bound by Audi's Component Protection system. Once bolted onto your vehicle, a qualified technician or specialist shop using diagnostic software (such as ODIS or VCDS) must clear the component protection lock via Audi's online network, code it to your vehicle's specific VIN, and perform a steering angle sensor calibration. All primary structural mountings, inner gears, dust boots, and multi-pin electronic terminal connectors are clean and completely undamaged.
